OUR SERVICE

REGISTRATION / SUBSCRIPTION
All apartments let to tourists should be registered with Conselleria de Turisme de Valencia (the tourist authority).  VSS is a registered provider of tourist accommodation and we can include our subscriber’s property in our list of registered properties.  We have three subscription options

 PREFERENTIAL –for users who actively work with VSS with rentals, cleaning and maintenance.

OCCASIONAL – for users who occasionally work with VSS with rentals.

REGISTRATION – For users who just use VSS for registration.

MAINTENANCE / CLEANING
We use check lists to make sure that we record maintenance and cleaning issues, and that repairs are carried out when they are needed.

We charge for work done.

PAINTING
If you would like some rooms painted, we work with a professional painter. Who ensures a good finish  We supervise the work and make sure that everything in the rooms goes back as it was.  From the experience of recent work done, we can  offer a flat price per room

IMPROVEMENTS
Our principal handymen are Luis and Leo.  Luis is a trained electrician.  Leo is a trained plumber and between them there is no job that they cannot do quickly and for a reasonable price.
